Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Escape Life Inc, operating LazyFans™ (“LazyFans”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using LazyFans you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. We verify this at registration and may re-verify at any time.

One person, one account. You may not create an account on someone else's behalf, share your credentials, or use an account that has been suspended or terminated.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, for as long as you keep it on the platform.

You are responsible for having every right you need in what you upload, including the documented consent of every identifiable person appearing in it.

You may not post content that is illegal, that depicts a minor in any way, that is non-consensual, that infringes another person's rights, or that breaks the Community Guidelines.

3. Purchases and tokens

Tokens are a prepaid balance used to unlock content, send gifts and tips, and pay for messages and calls. They have no cash value, are not a deposit, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, or attempt to identify or contact another user off-platform against their wishes.

Do not record, download, screenshot or redistribute another user's paid content. Doing so is both a breach of these terms and, in most cases, copyright infringement.

Do not scrape the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access any account or data that is not yours.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, that presents a fraud or chargeback risk, or where we are legally required to.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Closing it does not entitle you to a refund of unused tokens except where the Refund Policy or the law says otherwise.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not the author of user content.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept them.
